We do not charge by the room (you've seen the coupons "3 rooms for $99.00" etc. (see example below)  Due to the fact that room sizes vary tremendously, we have found the most honest way to charge our clients is by the square foot.  If you are so inclined as to "price shop" you will find that ALL reputable carpet cleaners charge by the square foot.  By utilizing this system, regardless of the room sizes, everyone pays the same price.

Dean will do UP TO $140.00 worth of cleaning - in other words if you only have one room to clean, he might possibly clean a front room chair, stairway, or other cleaning to compensate.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
        Additional fees will be charged for carpet blowers or dehumidifier rentals. 
Estimator will advise client of these charges prior to implementing work.
        Any additional supplies needed will be charged separately from labor. 


Mention you found us on the web for a 20% discount on carpet cleaning (not applicable on minimum service call or upholstery cleaning.)  REPEAT CLIENTS are automatically eligible for 15% discount on carpet cleaning.
Our minimum service call  is $140.00.  

*Don't be fooled by the "bait and switch" coupons.  Perfect example: one of our clients called a highly advertised franchise for their $99.00 whole house clean special.  When the technician arrived, his estimate was $750.00!!! When she called us, her entire Canterwood home was $400.00 for us to do the cleaning.  She was delighted, to say the least.  She is now a loyal, repeat client.
