Harbor Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Inc. was established in 1996 by Dean Prince. After many years in the carpet cleaning industry working for a local franchise, Dean decided it was time to branch out on his own. Our success story begins there.
When we established our business our first and foremost goal was to create a “bond” with our clients - we wanted each and every one of them to feel as though they were the “most special people on earth” (as in reality they are!) So we set out to meet that goal one day at a time, one client at a time.
One very important way we accomplish this goal is with client education. It is extremely important that the customer realize the value of their carpeting. We work diligently at giving them the information they need to protect their investment in their floor coverings. Believe it or not, carpeting is the largest financial investment a family makes in their home outside of the cost of the home itself. Isn’t it worth protecting that investment? Not only does clean carpeting provide for a healthier indoor environment, it is also a financial asset for the family by improving the appearance of your home, as well as raising the value of it.
